If he is in a changing room doesn't he or an individual have the right to change even if they are wearing a diaper? My diapers are like my underwear so if I needed to change from pants to shorts and I have a diaper on I would sure like to know I can do that without trouble from the law? However, I understand exposing one self would have to be showing your actual private parts or and in an arroused state. I have one question for anyone who can answer this. Agree on lewd behavior and it can be punishable by law.
